On May 28, the Poarch Creek 4-H Club was the first group of youth ever to attend the cooking studio at Wind Creek Casino in Atmore.

The young culinarians were grouped in teams of two under the direction of Chef Ben Spraggins. The menu included Marinated Fruit Salad, Chicken Breast with a Sauce Supreme, Baked Macaroni and Cheese, Sautéed Haricot Vert, and No Bake Key Lime Cheesecake.

The 4-H’ers prepared, cooked and enjoyed their meal together at the cooking studio’s formal table setting.
