ACH Auxiliary offering scholarships

Each year, the Atmore Community Hospital Auxiliary holds a number of fund-raisers for special projects. One of those projects is a scholarship program.

The ACH Auxiliary is offering scholarships to persons interested in working in any area of medical care. Two scholarships, each worth $1,000, will be awarded in May. Applicants  may either be just finishing high school and planning to attend a school offering such education or may be someone currently working in a medical field who wishes to further his/her training or education.

Applications are available in the gift shop of Atmore Community Hospital or in the guidance offices of area high schools. Deadline for applications to be turned in is May 15.
