CHANGE OF PLANS – Relay For Life of Atmore moved to YMCA

Due to inclement weather expected Saturday, the Relay For Life of Atmore event planned for Saturday at Tom Byrne Park has been moved to the Atmore YMCA.

According to organizers, the Survivors’ Brunch will be held at its regular time which is 10 a.m. at First United Methodist Church.

The parade planned after the Survivors’ Brunch has been cancelled.

The Relay event will start at 1 p.m. in the gym at the YMCA with the Survivors’ lap starting at 1:30. The remaining schedule will be as originally planned, and it can be seen below:

1:30 – Survivor Lap followed by Caregiver, Team laps

2:00 – On stage- Voices of Anointing

2:30 – On stage- Haley Murph

3:00 – Cake judging – Birthday Celebration following judging

4:00 – On stage- Sweet Lovin’ Daddy

4:30 – Team activities

5:00 – Team Songs on main stage

5:30 – On stage- TBA

6:00 – On stage- Barber Shop Quartet

7:00 – Team activities- So You Think You Can Dance

7:30 – Team activities

8:00 – On stage –  TBA

9:00 – REMEMBER

10:00 – Womanless Beauty Pageant

10:45 – Team activities

11:00 – FIGHT BACK!! AWARDS/CLOSING
