Twin brothers Terrance and Terrell McNeil, 29, of Atmore, are currently awaiting trial in Escambia County, Alabama, on dog fighting charges stemming from a traffic stop on May 8 in Poarch. While the vehicle was stopped police officers found an injured dog and unidentified chemicals in the brother’s car.

Officials with the Humane Society of Escambia County, which aided the Poarch Police Department with investigation, said Terrance plead guilty to dog fighting charges in Atmore in January of this year and, during a recent court hearing, saw his probationary status stemming from the arrest revoked. Both men are currently awaiting trial on dog fighting charges in Autauga County, Ala. as well. Following the brother’s most recent arrest in Poarch the bonds related to the charges in Autauga County have also been revoked by the Alabama Attorney General’s office.
